Wonderful noodle soup!
This is an amazing option for those that need gluten free and still want to enjoy ramen style meals. The rice noodles have a great flavor and texture. These are pre cooked and shelf stable. They take just minutes to reheat, add the sauce, and be ready to enjoy. The sauce is rich, flavorful, and delicious! Absolutely wonderful product!

The instructions were easy to follow. I decided to jazz it up and sautéed some veggies and shrimp in a chilli paste. Turned out great!

Nice miso soup flavor
These were really tasty rice noodles with a good texture. I enjoyed the miso soup base, as well. The noodles cook very quickly, so I think it's great for a fast lunch. I added a boiled egg for protein and some seaweed, as well.

Good Noods!
Made these as a side with some pie iron grilled cheese sandwiches. There are two pouches of noodles that are one serving each. Instructions on the back suggest adding your own sauce, which I did (however, it looks like two packets of soy sauce are inside the box, as well). I just mixed some soy sauce, mirin, and spices to make a sweet and salty glaze. Noodles are just a little thicker than typical ramen. Perfect consistency when prepared per the instructions.

Delicious premium brown rice noodles, great flavor & cook up fast
I truly enjoyed the Spicy Dandan Flavor version of these premium sprouted brown rice noodles. Each serving was the perfect base for a quick and tasty gluten-free dinner. I added a chicken breast, a vegetable and enough liquid to make a nice broth and I had myself a very satisfying, delicious meal. The noodles have a nice chewy texture to them. Now I’’m curious about the other flavors. High quality, great convenience, I highly recommend👍🏻🥇😋

Super easy and flavorful rice noodles with a spicy Dandan sauce included
If you like spicy Dandan and rice noodles (ramen), you will not be disappointed, and you definitely won't miss the gluten. Just be sure to not overcook your noodles or they'll quickly turn mushy. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! You only need to cook them for a couple of minutes and they're ready. The spicy pack of spicy Dandan sauce is actually spicy, so if you don't like spicy - you may want to try another one of R!CE's many other options.

Excellent Flavored Spicy Dandan
These noodles had a fantastic consistency and the spicy Dandan sauce was fabulous with a great peanuty spicy flavor. Portion size was a bit on the skimpy side. I made both packs because I was very hungry. Packs were well sealed and cooking instructions were very clear. This is a great gluten free option.

Tasty and convenient
Besides the time it took for the water to boil, this took all of 3 minutes to make which is awesome. The flavor was delicious as well, though a little bit on the salty side when the whole sauce packet is used. Still, a great, easy to make side on a week night.
